Hello there!

Peekator is growing, and we’re looking for a new colleague to join our newly forming Sales team in BiH 🇧🇦

We have big plans to build a strong team in Sarajevo, and you’ll be our first hire there. Our current teams are based in the UK and Croatia.


What we offer

⚡️ Gross fixed monthly salary from €1,800 to €2,400 (paid in BAM equivalent), depending on your experience and knowledge

⚡️ Variable sales commission of 10% on your deals, with no cap

Commission increases are available if you surpass your quarterly target.

Our aim is for you to double your fixed salary through commission

⚡️ Remote-first setup with flexible working hours

⚡️ If you prefer working from an office, we’ll organise access to a local co-working space

What you will do

💥 Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, acting as the first point of contact for new business opportunities

💥 Proactively generate leads through research, networking, and outreach, converting prospects into long-term customers

💥 Engage in meaningful sales conversations to understand client needs and tailor our solutions accordingly

💥 Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing

💥 Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and improve outreach efforts

💥 Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, contributing to the growth of the company

💥 Track sales activities and outcomes using our CRM system

💥 Provide feedback to the product and development teams to help continuously improve our offering based on customer input


We’re looking for someone with

☑️ At least 2 years of experience in market research or insights sales

☑️ A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building long-term client relationships

☑️ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to clients and stakeholders

☑️ A proactive, self-motivated mindset — you take ownership of your success

☑️ Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

☑️ Fluent English, both written and spoken


About Peekator

We started in 2018, developing multiple products for market research. In 2020, we began building our main product: the Peekator AI survey platform for end-to-end customer research. The idea behind Peekator is simple — to make market research more efficient and easier to run.

In 2021, we raised a Seed investment round to finalise the product and expand to the UK market 🇬🇧. Today, the Peekator platform is used by some of the leading marketing agencies in the UK, including Nano Interactive, PHMG, and Havas People, with clients across four continents.

Alongside the product, we built Insights Chats, a community for research professionals with over 300 members, organising events in London and New York. So far, we’ve organised 22 events.

Since 2023, Peekator has been profitable, achieving solid year-on-year growth. Now, in 2026, we’re building on these foundations and investing further in sales development as we scale the business and deepen our product-market fit.


Application process

We accept applications until 18 January 2026, and the process will look like this:

  1. Fill out the application form

  2. We’ll get back to you by 19 January to confirm whether there’s a potential fit

  3. Introductory interview (60 minutes)

    A one-hour conversation to get to know you and your experience

  4. Interview outcome

    We’ll let you know whether you progress to the final round

  5. Final round (2–3 candidates)

    A mock sales call where we’ll see you in action. No preparation needed — we’ll ask you to sell something you’ve already worked on

  6. Offer stage

    We’ll either send you a job offer or explain why we didn’t proceed

  7. You start working with us!
